The title says it all Why ask for anything more.
I already know about the laws, I also know not to say anything about the kingdom and the majesty. If you are counting on me to say anything about that, then don't count on me talking about that. Even safe countries that are in a 3rd world can come with crummy things. They ALL do, and there is no ifs, and or buts about it.
Thailand is a good country but, it can have it's horrible down falls. I already made a short informative video about whey Thailand ain't that great. You really got to watch out when it come to this type of stuff.
A. TOURIST SPOTS/ACTIVITIES
1. The Grand Palace is closed/This place is closed

They usually try to get you to buy drinks for them, then bounce once it it is time to pay the bill. This is some lazy female alcoholic based shiftiness right here. If you refuse to pay that bill, some strong men will show up to be that @$$!
Tell her/him that you want them to go to a place with you, and you would like to drink, and so on. They will high tail it if they're up to no good.

1. Tuk tuk scam
The Thai tuk tuk will offer you a cheap price at first, then try to jack up the price, and take you to horrible shitty locations which you do not want to go and jack up the prices. You could just pretend that you are about to throw up if they ask you, or act like you pooped your pants.
Avoid tuk tuks, no matter how cheap or how sincere they seem.
2. Gang at train station scam
When it comes to train station scams, never accept anything from a random stranger. Never go any where with them, this is attempt to swindle or peddle cash out your pockets. Speak to the staff at the train station, and leave if it does not sound right.

Don't ride in a taxi without no meter in it. Forget all that stuff, you just don't need that stupid stuff. They will say that the meter is broke. They will try to guide you to shitty places you don't want to go, for real just tell them that you do wan to hear it, then you wait for another cab.
4. Motorbike scam
The motor bike scam is like the jet ski scams. You will rent a motor bike and they will claim that you did something wrong to it, and try to charge a large heafty sum. 5. Overnight bus/train/private bus theft
Hey they got uber for real, I would not even sweat it. If you don't like that there are cheap metered taxis there. Lock all bags, do not leave belongs out, do flash anything excessively there. It will red mark you as target, avoid that bull move out they way of it!
1. Hotel scams
No matter what it is, if it is not the original hotel you booked don't go to it. The cab driver is usually in on this hotel based scam, and you will end paying for a cheaper hotel that is not there. Check your GPS, to make sure you are headed to real hotel, if not cancel the trip immediately.
1. Bird shit scam
A stupid looking person will bump into you with bird crap, the person who kicks with their shins will try and clean you up, while cleaning you of your wallet and other possessions, even jewelry. Run like you have ever ran in your life, when you approached by these people. Like Nike just do it!
2. Fake police (sometimes even real ones do this)
Honestly on my soul: when approached by these guys call the police to verify them, and ask to see there bag. Number one get fake identity documents made and present those things to this guy. Jojo McFartenstein DumAzzer would be a good name to put on these documents to give them a hint. (just lamentate some false ID paper)
3. Timeshare scam
Man if a third world Thai approach you about some time shares: you know they ain't got that type of money. If they do they probably got that type of money ripping you off and with those time shares that are not even there decline that crap like it is bad credit card.
4. Wrong change given scam
I will be real with everyone. Look at the bills that you just gave them, and let them know how much specific baht of each type you gave them. Then they say that you didn't, don't sweat it and let them know that you payed the correct amount, and was not given more than legal tender.

6. Fake baht scam
They all about that baht that you got, throw some Bs on it! Honestly watch your money, they will try to swap it out for a bill that is that is counter fit, asking you to pay again. If you pay again you will be paying double. Don't do this this crap! All use smaller bills, always!
7. Bird food scam
The approach with a bag of bird seed, bump into you and spill it on the ground. First of all: through it in that bitch'sface! Joke! Do not do that, just reject like that famous hip hop dance move.
Rule of thumb:
Watch: Thai-Thai get extremely angry!
8. Laundry scam
If you have very expensive laundry or clothing… You might want to have it done yourself. Your laundry will disappear and they will send you else where, which they get a commission for doing of course.
Pick pockets will try and work in teams by accidentally bumping into you, and getting your hard earn cash. I wear a tourist pass port holder, or I wish to keep all my belongings in it. Money belts also work very well of course.
